| 2024-08-20 |  | | I used this app since 2013. It used to be great but not so much anymore. I mostly only use my computer due to the USB for my camera, but even so if I tried to upload and edit whether I was using my computer or my phone the images that I upload are just black and when you "upload image" it wakes me to the edit screen and it's just blank. It didn't happen until I contacted support. I can't even click my account to edit it. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄 |

Cancelled subscription within couple of hours (via Google Play) checked my bank account. A full years subscription was deducted from my bank account at time of initial setup. What is happening???? |

| 2021-12-29 |  | | This used to be better a few years ago when you could use the website, the app is stupid and doesn't even have as much features asnit used to. Also I tried to cancel my membership which by the way you can't do it unless you contact them and even then it doesn't succeed, I was told my membership was cancelled just to be charged again. |
| 2021-12-14 |  | | Its useful, but isn' the full version. I have the paid for version on my pc but can't seem to sign in on my phone. It just keeps asking me to upgrade. No help with this issue after emailing them yet. Its great on my p.c. I've had Ribbet for 8+yrs. Recently they have made major changes because of the demise of flash. I don't care for it, but apparently it is still a work in progress. The good thing is the company has a download of the previous full version that is fully functional!(🤗❤ |

Furthermore, there is no Undo option withing tool, on mistake, I have to Go Back and Retake the Tool to apply, and at that time, setting all the settings again. It's annoying. |

It does work, the software keeps freezing when editing. :/ I like the old Ribbet features more. I'm saddened everything's change & nott hat same anymore. |

This should also have a one time buy option as well as more people would buy this app from you since subscriptions are getting expensive. I do like the few effects this has( customized emboss ) I like how this has eraser and other things that help in good picture editing. |
| 2020-05-02 |  | | The experience was a mixed bag to be honest. It looks good, some of the features are quite good especially when it comes to colour grading. However the app crashes a lot, losing whatever editing you've done - most of the time when we are trying to save it. Add to it the nonsensical lack of the comparision feature (original vs the edited ) and you've got a disaster. The app is also slow. For some reason it needs to buffer every time a minor edit is done or you select a new editing feature. |

Since I just switched to PicMonkey for quick marketing mobile editing, it's become clear that the mobile apps are capable of handling more features.... so why are you skimping on them for mobile users? I've been a loyal subscriber since it was Picnik so I'm sad to leave, but I was left with no choice since some of my work is done via ios. |
