App works on pixel 7a but cannot set up new wifi connection with Rheem heat pump water heater. Gets to step of connecting to water heater and selecting the new network and putting in the password, but then spins forever when trying to establish the connection. Friend's iPhone was able to get past that step, after which the android app can correctly connect to the water heater and adjust its settings.

The historic data and graphs do not work correctly. It's also very annoying that it pops up a huge red banner to tell me to switch to energy saver (including lowering my energy score) from heat pump mode even though heat pump only is about twice as efficient. Cannot set peak rate on off times, only full days at a time. Leaves a lot to be desired considering the price of the heater.

Not great, installed a Rheem heat pump water heater in our ADU and it is very noisy. Have been trying to set a schedule with the app so it doesn't come on in the night but it's very glitchy. Won't let you access the schedule/controls if it's in away mode but doesn't seem to toggle back to home mode properly. Has the potential to be good and hope they will improve it
