| 2024-11-25 |  | | terrible customer service I talked to four different people on the phone and no one could do anything right. no one could fix anything. I'm a loyal customer. I get the Sam's club credit card and it doesn't work on the app and no one can help me get it to work on the app even though I have everything correct. transfer me around finally. I just log on to the website instead of using the app. lo and behold. I got it to work in 2 seconds. Sam's club your credit card works online but not on the app |
| 2024-11-24 |  | | Very simple application to use, and it's quite easy to understand. I like the layout of the app. So far, it has worked every time, for me, and I use it at least weekly. One thing I really like is that I can place something in the cart and it will stay there until I check out or remove it. This allows me to add items throughout the week as I see a need, and then I don't have to keep a grocery list, because it's already in the cart! Great app, in my opinion! |

It's great for checking prices if needed and OMG the Scan & Go feature!! - it's SO easy! I don't know why I wasn't using it sooner - serious time saver!! (AND sanity saver if you're like me & prefer to avoid busy check out lines lol!) The only thing you can't Scan & Go is alcohol/beer so plan accordingly but HIGHLY recommend this app for Sam's shopping! |

The frozen section of sweets and ready-made foods (for easy days) is seemingly endless. I love how every aisle holds some product (and size) to be newly sampled/discovered. I aim ta try every food/candy/fresh/frozen option offered by Sam's! One critique: They need more dairy options & free of sugar selections. 2) They need non-dairy & plant based options for my vegan peeps. ;) |
| 2024-11-13 |  | | I use the Sam's Club app every time I shop in store with Scan & Go, or at home for deliveries and shipping. It is easily navigated. However, the app can be slow... It would be better if you could edit orders you make for delivery and shipping. For instance, I wanted to adjust a driver tip, or add another product before the order was being worked on, but only had the option to cancel. It would also be more helpful to put what isle or a store map to help locate where an item is located in stores. |

As much as I like Sam's club, their app is one of the very few modern apps, that don't have a high contrast dark mode feature. Because of the very bright white background, I cannot use the app I wish Sam's club cared more about disability accessibility. |

I recently switched to samsung and now whe I open scan and go the only option I get, regardless of option selected, is for fuel. I am unable to use this ama ing feature in the store. Trying to report and get help was unsuccessful. Disappointed. |

When we shop, we scan UPC codes as we put items in the cart, click to pay, show the exit employer our qr code, and we're out the door. Best shopping app! |

NO Waiting in the Café line for that favorite slice of pizza or hot dog with the Express Line!! (sure do feel sorry for all the poor souls standing in those long lines.) And it's the perfect way to track ALL of you SC purchases, which comes in quite handy when needing to make a return. In my experience, it's the best retail app out there! |
