When you scroll any carousel it scrolls whole app to the next screen (All retailers) in 70% cases. You need to be extremely patient to scroll any carousel till the end. Even simple scroll down can cause All Retailers to be opened. This annoys me so much!! It was better before, please fix this!

Appallingly bad. The app keeps freezing, the web version and the app do not take my card details, there are error messaging saying the cards are expired when they are not. it's impossible to use. I called the 24/7 helpline and no one can do anything. Their replies do not address the issues, they blame the bank when I have called the bank and confirmed there are no issues. I have made hundreds of online purchases with the same cards with other suppliers and not had those issues.it's not a benefit

You can save, but it's a nightmare to use the app. Randomly requires you to log in again, and if you are thinking of buying a voucher, top-up, whatever in store then forget it, you will likely have to enter all your Card payment details again as if you've never used it before. No good at all if you are at the checkout with a queue behind you. Shop assistants hate you for making them type a voucher code in, it really makes you "pay" to save!
