I don't see much benefit of it here in the states but with how often I travel outside the country, it has been amazing. Being able to exchange currencies right in the app and then being able to retrieve the cash with no issues abroad has been amazing. I have the metal plan and the travel+health insurance it comes with just kinda made it a no brainer paying for that monthly plan. |

I have a husband who applied with exactly the same set of documents and he got verified without any problem. Customer support is very slow and doesn't meet its own deadlines. Now they even stopped answering. |

Revolut blocked the payment for over 8 hours and ultimately I had to cancel the transfer resulting in a huge loss. The 'fraud' colleague was absolutely useless. The in-app escalation route is horrendous.I paid for the metal plan and noone contacted me through the in-app help when I requested help. Unknowingly, and too late, I found a different chat started by the fraud team elsewhere in the app |

Also, I could not use may actual address as their system does not find it and there is NO free text. Also, no tracking number, if you want this "luxury", you have to become premium, meaning YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM! and they turned into a regular bank from what I see, but with MORE fees. what bank asks you for fees to be treated decently and not charge extra?!?!! |

They have minimums on their crypto so they'll not let you touch your OWN money until you put in more to release it. You can't delete your account unless you add more money. They have fake promotions to upgrade free for 2 months, I went to cancel after a few days and they tried to charge me €19.99, Avoid if you like your money safe |

It would've been so great if you had included it in the list.I may log out and try again sometime Next year to see if it had included my bank too on the list . Thank you. |

In the last week or so the app started bombarding me with a notification urging me to "SIGN UP AND JOIN 10 MILLION PEOPLE IN THE UK", with this exact, charming all-caps style. I already have an account so this is pointless and incredibly annoying. I'll contact the devs as I do not seem to have a good option to turn this particular notification off. |
