2024-11-17 | Dennis Klemenz | If you cannot connect to your pump, try powering off your pump, clear your cache & data (under app settings) then power on your pump and redo your registration as if it was a new bed. That worked for me and carried over all sleep scores too. Overall the app works very well once I got it working. I wish there was a "guest mode" or physical remote option. I really wish this company was still around because it is the best bed I've ever slept in. | |
2024-07-21 | chris murdock | Install an old version of the app Go download Apptoid and install the oldest version you can find. Delete the app from you phone first. Then make sure after installing that you turn off automatic updates. Then didn't enter your info, and DO NOT try to connect your bed to your Wi-Fi. If you do, your beds Wi-Fi signal will disappear. Once connected , and you can at least control your bed again. You'll never get sleep scores. But the any time you wish to adjust, just connect to the beds Wi-Fi. | |
2024-04-22 | Lawrance Davidson | Own a split king, so have 2 separate pumps and can't get either to connect to the app. Have tried on multiple phones and tablets. Not sure why the app doesn't allow you to manually enter info when it can't auto find it. | |

2023-04-16 | Clinton Lourey | They are not responding to any tech support requests, their phone is simply an automated message saying to email them, and this app has been updated to no longer connect to the f&%king bed. I had to download a previous version of the app in order to make it work again. No thanks to the creators for ignoring me, or releasing a patch that makes THE ENTIRE BED USELESS WITHOUT TESTING IT. | |
2023-02-23 | Dennis Koutsoures | I was having sleep tracker issues until I did the following: Log out of the app. Log back in. It will also ask you to sign into your sleep tracker account. After that the bed will be relinked to the bed. Once that finished I was able to access all of the data that had been stored in the link tracker account that I couldn't before. | |
2021-06-03 | Brit Sartin | The mattress is phenomenal, the app however is terrible and very frustrating. 3/4 of the time the app doesn't respond or I'm having connectivity issues, and I have to unplug the power and wait a minute then plug it back in. It's an every night ordeal. | |

2021-02-04 | Brittani C | The app is ok. The functions are great when working properly. My problem is that the app often can't find the bed. The biggest problem is that while the bed is extremely comfortable (when the sensors are working properly), the sensors seem to keep going bad. We have had them replaced 3 times already and need them replaced again now. We've only had the bed just over 6 months. It's starting to become more hassle than it's worth. | |
2021-01-09 | Amber Stogner | The bed itself is great. The app is terrible. Its never able to find the bed, so I have to start over every time. You don't really want to get out of bed to get on the floor and find your bed ID in the middle of the night just to make a slight change. Really frustrating. |
