2024-12-05 | Bill Olson | It appears that it only measures that the mask is on and very basic flow info. The new feature that's supposed to track sleep stages does not work. I have all the permissions set up, and it doesn't track any of it. Also, I have a severe form of narcolepsy, my sleep schedule does not operate on the 24 hr time zone. It operates very differently and it doesn't seem to accommodate changing that or seeing the breaks between. My provider says the data is not useful to them.
2024-12-04 | Danny T | I am getting most times 2 bars signal, no matter where i put machine. If it is not going to connect with your system, i am going to delete app, and not freaking worry about it. And yes it is connected to Bluetooth. Seems as if it doesn't want to keep a Bluetooth connection either.
2024-12-01 | Dan Oetzel | Poor app support and development. They keep breaking the app's widget (won't update data like prior bugs) and their non-technical support can't support bugs and don't understand anything technical. Insufficient regression testing with new releases. Widget has been broken again for many weeks, same problem as past years.
2024-11-25 | Kyll'emwithKindness | I wish I could give it a better rating but I have not been able to install it on any of my devices for a week. I have unistalled and reinstalled and I can not get passed the "Create account Page" . I get the "myair app experienced a problem. Please try again. " everytime. I have great internet connection. I need it so it can be monitored by my health &insurance. So if I am unable to continue the process I will return it this week and choose another device and app.
2024-11-24 | Shelli D | Nice app but doesn't provide enough useful reporting. My 90 day graph has since reappeared. Health connect integration has a added Sleep stages but doesn't work. Why they added my step count to a sleep app is odd to me. I would love to see how pressure adjusts throughout sleep or more detailed reporting, like 6+ hour sleeps in a darker green than the 4-6 hour sleeps.
2024-11-24 | Jessica Walters | This app is AWFUL! I am supposed to be using this every day to track my sleep and usage hours but it NEVER works! It stresses me out. Insurance won't cover the machine unless I get a certain sleep score and hours. I can never check it because the app CONSTANTLY crashes or unpaires itself almost every day! It worked great for the first week of using my machine, but now it just plain sucks! Don't bother or get a different brand of machine!!
2024-11-23 | Old Man | It's a simple app recording the time using my CPAP. It records 4 Tasks: Usage, Mask Seal, Events/hr, and how many times I took my Mask off. Then it assigns numbers for each of the 4 tasks and then totals the "Score". Of course they want you to work towards a score of 100. The encouraging words for the scores seems like something from Elementary School. It does make a good Report.
2024-11-21 | D L (Silver Rain) | We had some issues during set-up and noticed there were connectivity issues. We're trying to figure out if that's why it doesn't properly record their usage or not. As for the app interface, it's fairly streamlined and user friendly.
2024-11-21 | Jason Todd | After years of working, the app doesn't recognize me anymore. When I log in, it says I need to create a MyAir account. Then when I type in my machine numbers, it says they are invalid. This has been the case since maybe the last update on 10/27. Tried uninstalling reinstalling. Did not change anything.
2024-11-19 | Sami Clark Stowell | Can't get this to pair with my new Airsense 11. Connected the machine via my phone's Bluetooth pairing, came back to myAir, was able to enter the 4-digit passkey. The machine displays the Bluetooth symbol to show it's paired, but myAir app just sits on the passkey screen with the "Authenticating" circle spinning and spinning. I guess I'll look for a different app. |
