2024-12-15 | Yotie | It works. That's about it. But the app feels abandoned by the developper -please add the hability to change timezones.... it's absurd that it's not available on a machine designed for travel -A dark mode for the app would be very welcome - please add toggle to allow screenshots or share of night overview. Like the myair app.
2024-12-15 | P R | Resmed is a big company, and their products are at a premium price. I have bought an airsense mini for travelling, and I have the full Airsense 10 at home provided by the National Health Service UK. Both these products are made by the same company. Why can't the data from the two be integrated so that NHS can see the nights I have used the airmini?
2024-09-18 | Forrest Anderson | Terrible app! Score of 75 of 100 announced as excellent. Mask seal has points 4x weight of events per hour. Mask on off has equal weight score with events per hour-nonsense! This app virtually useless. There is no graph, vague numbers, very limited data. The app data is held for only 30 days. To top it off, no way to save or down load report data. Also, you must authenticate the bluetooth connection each time. For such an expensive device, this app is appalling and an emberasment to Resmed.
2024-08-27 | Ed Ditlefsen | I initially appreciated the simplicity of the app and device, but now I find it to be a really stupid app. It only keeps a few days of data and doesn't warn you before it erases your stats for older days. Doesn't provide any confirmation if data was auto-uploaded successfully in the background. Can't take screenshot due to security policy (it's my data, let me decide whether to enable or disable screenshots). Ridiculous to force use of a separate app instead of integrating it with the MyAir app.
2024-08-22 | James Southward | Ok machine is great, and I understand needing this app to control it, but why oh why does this not sync with myAir? I go travelling with it leaving the big machine at home but end up with a gap on my treatment charts. Surely it would be easy to feed from this app into myAir. They have card to cloud for the Airsense 10.... Also when you get back from your trip why can't you easily stop the app from running. Keeps starting in the background.
2024-08-09 | mary | It takes several hours for the data to upload. Very simple data listed. Nowhere near as good as the Dream app. It's a shame as the airmini device is great. Hopefully, this app can reach the standard of the other resmed apps as this one is annoying! Response to your reply - go and have a look at the Phillips DreamMapper -instant, comparative data, so much better. Your reply made no effort to consider the weaknesses in this app.
2024-03-25 | Dinesh Wijesinghe | It is very limiting for the patient not to be able to see more information on their therapy than a daily view. We should have a daily, weekly and monthly aggregate view. Also the pressure reading at the bottom tells me nothing. When using APAP I don't know whether it's P95, P90 or average pressure over the night. The machine itself is great. But the app leaves much to be desired. UPDATE: Still no meaningful update in 6 years.
2023-10-24 | Hy Tran | Basic functionality (connecting to the AirMini, communicating with the AirMini via Bluetooth) is fine. The user interface, while esthetically pleasing, is poorly designed and unfriendly to people with eyesight issues. There are a number of truly lame issues: Many of us use the AirMini when traveling, and a full-size CPAP at home. What time zone are we in when traveling? The AirMini seems to assume we are always in the home time zone. Web support is actively unhelpful.
2022-11-16 | Csine | Constantly crashes only to restart and crash again. It also will send a notification whenever this Happens. Why am I getting a notification to open the app all through out the day? Turned off notifications but still get prompted that the app crash. Most annoying annoying thing ever. Looking to see if I can just uninstall this app but doesn't seem like there another way to control the device.
2022-11-04 | Marcus W | I have to change my review as I not only have an app that is crashing all day long and is restarting after it crashed just to crash again. I also contacted customer support and they are the most unhelpful people I ever talked to. When I asked them for assistance they told me the app doesn't has to pair again. I didn't even use the word pair. Then they told me it's my phones fault. Guys it happened to a lot of people after the last update, this is a software issue. |
