Sempre tem que ser reisntalado o app porque a partir de duas ou três consultas ele começa a apresentar erro na senha ou no login, mesmo que esteja correto. Quando você opta para usar a identificação digital você consegue acessar mas vezes sem precisar reinstalar, acredito que deve ser um problema de incompatibilidade com os novos aparelhos de celular, portanto sugiro uma revisão e atualização no app para melhor aproveitamento para os usuários.

Péssimo. Não loga nunca. Sempre aparece erro de usuário ou senha. Depois de varias , várias tentativas, loga uma vez.
