| 2024-10-13 |  | | The app is good and user-friendly. However, when l message a student, there is no way l can tell that the student has indeed read my message. I know the announcement tells you the number of students who have received and read your message, but it doesn't specify who the students are. I will give 5 stars if it had that function, like whatzapp or Telegram where the check mark below the message goes blue once your receiver has read the message. Hopefully, that's not asking for much. |
| 2024-09-25 |  | | Even though I have the newest model of the app it often struggles to load messages sent after I scroll back for a little bit and I have to reopen the app multiple times for it to load properly. It has also been very slow in loading images I attach and sometimes timeouts altogether. The chat profiles appearing next to texts get mixed up a lot so I have to guess which message is from who. Very frustrating to work with for a simple reminder app. |
| 2024-09-22 |  | | Multiple issues on different versions (Windows, Android)! 1- Some parents don't receive my messages, so I wind up emaling them, 2- the "read" indicator typically doesn't work, so even if a message I sent has been read, the status only reads "sent" and won't display that info, 3- the messages I send out don't always appear in "All Messages," even though they may have been sent successfully. |

I'm getting an agenda for my daughter and all of the children in her classroom. They send me messages and I am informed of things like school closures, and busses not running. The best reminders are the ones that make certain my child will be included in all group activities, like wearing a certain color for the day. The"Remind"app works for both parents, and school staff. Get this app! |
| 2024-08-26 |  | | Used to love this app until this school year. The app is not updating to show the new class threads that my kids have for this year. I get the text message that a teacher has posted something but when I click the link to view the entire message, the Remind app says "oops! We hit a snag!" & stays a completely white screen. And if I click the icon to go into the Remind app, all the threads are from previous school years. It's now a completely useless app. |
| 2024-06-05 |  | | Im not a teacher, and i do not have a class, Im just a parent, and i hate that i can not disappear or delete old messages from the app. Yes, i left the class, but the list of people and old messages still stay . Is a nightmare to have to go through 4 years' worth of conversations to get to one person because the old ones can't be deleted. Fix it . People want to be able to organize the people and messages . The app should be friendly and easy for parents, too. A NIGHTMARE. |
| 2024-04-21 |  | | Great app. Very useful. Unfortunately it has one huge problem that the developers seem to be completely disinterested in fixing. I'm in 10 or 12 conversations from groups that no longer exist, but I can't remove them. A quick Google search showed me that users have been complaining about this to the developers for years, only to be ignored. Seems like this would be an easy fix. Every other messaging app lets you delete entire group message threads with 2 or 3 clicks. |

I'm always bothered by the fact, that I have to click into each one and send it one at a time... Otherwise it's a great app. As a teacher, you like the ability to just send a whole bunch of pictures of an event, or just from every kid, to post them on the class chat. I'm editing this review here again at 2024 and I still feel the above-mentioned issue should be corrected ASAP Thank you again |

And then if you need a verification code it takes awhile to get to your email and times out in 30 minutes, so if you get distracted you have to start all over! Overall it used to work better when we used it a couple years ago. Went downhill. Easier to just communicate directly with their teachers. UPDATE: I have unsubscribed from all emails multiple times, I still keep getting junk from them. DON'T TRUST WITH YOUR INFO |
| 2021-08-11 |  | | Overall, this is a wonderful way to communicate between parents and teachers. Two issues. 1: won't let me "add family member" no matter how many times I try.. Wish that worked. And 2: I wish there was a way to delete old messages from previous years. Leaving the class but messages still show. It's cluttered. Other than that, great app |
