| 2024-11-28 |  | | I enjoy renting vehicles through turo. Only thing I don't like is many trips don't have unlimited miles. Then those who allow it as a extra it's like 35-45 more a day which is crazy. I use this when needed but renting a car at the airport and have unlimited miles included is better. This is good if you only driving local. Places like vegas and L.A getting 200-250 miles a day you can drive more then that. If they can fix that this would be a great choice. Less headaches |
| 2024-11-25 |  | | You get to rent a new or classic car you can't get from a rental agency. It's clean when you get it, and by god it better be perfect when you return it. I brushed a curb, and a tire needed to be replaced. A tiny mark under the front bumper, they claimed the whole bumper needed repainting. Turo charged me for damages, then the owner of the car did. When you call them the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Fun to do once, but I won't be doing this again. |

Who the hell is driving product decisions?? I rented a few times and had a great experience, but now my listing is showing a price much lower even after completing the course and I cant change it! Can't stand dynamic pricing nonsense. Make it simple and give hosts a choice. |

But at least Turo refunded my cancellation fee (when I called) to make it right. Also had bugs related to messages received before sign in to app (notified me but then didn't navigate to inbox). |

Clean, beautiful, comfortable ✨️ 👌, and much better price than even discounted rental cars from the airport, even with extra costs of ride share both ways to PHX. Next time, I'll get the Rental Car tram from the airport and walk the couple of blocks, if the weather is nice. That'd save about $40. |

The Tesla was in pristine condition, fully charged, and incredibly fun to drive around Austin. The instant acceleration, autopilot feature, and sleek design made it a memorable experience, not to mention the eco-friendly benefits. |

I have to get the owner involved to use their tesla app to remotely start the car and override. same issue when returning the car. I'm not sure I can trust this app with my life again. I could have been robbed or worse. |

I enjoy being able to have a different variety of vehicles more to my liking to choose from compared to the other car rental agencies, and often at better rates. |

Watch for extra fees the host may charge when pricing out the vehicle. my first experience was not great due to making sure the tires were good, they were not and driving in the rain was awful. my second experience was a 10 out 10. compared to rental, hands down much easier with no wait times, cancelled reservations, etc. Same price, better experience |

The pickup location was perfect and the host was a class act: quick responses, very understanding, and even offered an early pickup. Also kindly allowed for last minute trip extension, twice. Cannot recommend this car and host enough. If I ever need another rental I'm using Turo and Parlay Services! |
