INACTIVE Acct., NO membership. Credit card was stored by this app. without Fraudulently charged a credit card that was stored without authorization - No Active Account Inactive Membership. Relax My Cat Account was closed in February 2024. Credit Card was charged March-August 2024. THEFT, FRAUD... CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND DEMAND AN EMAIL TO BE SENT CONFIRMING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS REMOVED.

I had the previous app version, which was wonderful. Soothed my kitten thru recovery after surgery, he loved it as dinner music his whole life. He had kittens with a feral mama, and they all responded well to it while becoming our family cats. The current version however, does not have a good repertoire to choose from, has insipid options, troublesome operation, in addition to having to pay for the app. I understand business, but this version is not an improvement.

Cheapskates leave bad reviews. I have, and have had, a lot of pets. I've used this, as well as the relax my dog app, with many of them. I am currently providing hospice care for a very mean 20 year old cat. So to minimize my own blood loss I reinstalled this app. I am happy to pay for it.
