2024-12-17 | sfr | The $30 subscription fee is too high for those who are only interested in historical round tracking. Update Dec 2024: The new UI is considerably worse than previous versions. It has a very childish feel, especially the round commentary - e.g., "Great googly moogly, this was your best round rating on this layout." The extra fluff is unnecessary.
2024-12-12 | Peter Huerta | Very useful app to keep track of disc golf scores as well as connecting with other players amazingly useful to find courses near you and also gives insight to players about course knowledge, such as basket placement , Shot shape and helps navigate the course with ease. I recommend this app 10 out of 10 times. Not only does it track your strokes but it helps save a few as well. 🫡
2024-09-28 | Mark Mueller | Another year goes by, no change. As a small course owner, though UDisc's success depends a lot on small course owners, but they do nothing to help them. We can't respond to reviews, even ones that are inappropriate, and none of their course tools are friendly to course owners - try uploading photos from a computer, for example. This has been a problem for many many years. I have asked udisc to remove inappropriate reviews and they remove the comments yet keep the rating, which is only worse
2024-09-08 | Donny Dont | My ability to just open the app and get a round started is being consistently buried under more fluff features. My ability to share a round now appears to be locked to obscure options and no ability to choose my own path. I now have to go send a tracer text so my recent options are available. I can draw a Family Circus travel path so that I can 'lol' with the internet, but can't do my score from my lock screen. I'm at my last price increase for clutter I don't want and worse interface
2024-09-07 | Adam Ruckman | Using the map function to find new courses has become unusable. The map constantly recenters on my current location when I am researching other locations courses. It is very frustrating. The city search function has similar problems. Constantly recentering the map making it impossible to zoom and look at courses.
2024-09-07 | Quinton Moss | This was a phenomenal way to track your score while playing until they decided to put the smart watch app behind a paywall. EDIT: The app keeps removing useful features for those who choose not to pay. Now, you're unable to save your scorecards after every round without manually screenshotting. uDisc should be ashamed. Edit 2: "Saved to your account" does not equal "ability to save your card" to share outside of the app. Thanks for trying to make me look dumb, though.
2024-09-06 | john paul lech | Did not want to write an early review. Have used the app for several months, absolutely worth downloading. I have only used the free version. However, played with a few guys that have the payed version. Most of what you need is done in the free version. Locate courses, baskets, track the disc in your bag. Well worth it. The pay version allows convenience like smartwatch app use. Planning to subscribe next year just to make playing a little better for me and a few friends I play with. Great app!
2024-09-02 | Bob | Used this app a few years ago and it worked great. Played a little last year and it didn't work, it would automatically add a random number to my score each basket. Trying the app again and it's showing the basket is in Antarctica. Still works well for locating courses and everything else. Just not actively playing.
2024-08-06 | Joseph Reagan | Great app with lots of free features! I went pro to be able to use my pixel watch. It would be helpful if you could record throws via the watch like you can on the phone as well as having a "Tiles" feature for pixel watches. If those get added, it'd make using a watch that much more user friendly!
2024-07-27 | CG Dixon | Fixed after second update. Your last update on July 17th broke the most useful feature. The App doesn't keep updating the distance from hole & tee as you move. If phone goes to sleep or you change apps to say check the weather, you have to exit your current round and then go back into Live round to get values to update. Been 5 days and still no fix. Glad I am not paying for a non working product. |
