| 2024-06-07 |  | | How can it go from working fine and as intended on Android and never working on IOS to the exact opposite after an update? Co-workers with IOS used to complain that they always had to relog in and it usually just wouldn't work, never had problem on Android and always saved password, one update later it never saves my login info and it has a 15% success rate at even loading into the app, while Apple users have no problem now. What a load of ####. |

You also can't see the end shift times or the entire schedule for any length of time, anywhere. Un-installing did not fix the problem. Technical center was NO HELP. This app needs a complete re do if this is happening normally. |

Every day I receive an error message, I have to uninstall, reinstall and repeat every time I use the app. I have emailed Reflexis but with little help. I have tried to report the issue but not sure if the report goes through. |

It would be nice if you could add some widget options for people's home screen so they could see their time table and the time table of everyone whose working that day and what shift they are doing that day. |

I do not have any issues looking at my schedules and i can book hoildays though it . You can swap shifts and look for work elsewhere if you like. You can book days off and also say what time you would like too work. 馃槝 |

Also doesnt remember my login settings even though it asks the question everyrime. Why are permissions for storage and camera required, thought tapp was bad, 3 years later and devs still dont get it and produce a worse product. Pretty poor tbh. |
| 2021-03-28 |  | | Awful. The app asks if you want to remain logged in. This is a trick question, you will be logged out after about 10 minutes regardless of your choice. After being your session has expired, you may get get stuck with the message "please wait" this can be infinite, there is no point waiting, manually close the app. Occasionally restarting the app will not be enough to break the loop. You will have to reinstall. Depending on your access to the QR code used to set the app up, you may not get back. |
