| 2024-11-23 |  | | Terrible. I have to use this app for work schedules, and it is constantly black screening. It will load a few seconds and be stuck on an impassable black screen. Last time it did this, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app six times before it started working again. It was never this way in the past and has only gotten worse with time. |
| 2024-10-23 |  | | I just downloaded this app for a new job and I can't even get it to open! I have rebooted my phone, uninstalled the app and installed it again and nothing works. By the looks of it, I'm not the only one who is have trouble. The majority says that after the recent update, the app has not worked properly. Maybe the developers need to take another look because it's not working for any of us! |

But being required to not only login every single time you open the app; but now we have to use two factor authentication.. every.. single.. time... Please adjust the settings so users can at least turn off two factor authentication. Also, keep in mind that employees and managers use this app and need the scheduling information quickly. The added security makes our jobs more stressful than they already are. Thanks. |
| 2024-10-09 |  | | Errors all the time and gets stuck on the error page. Doesn't matter if I close the app or turn off and on my phone. It's still stuck there. The only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall. Wish I could give it negative 5 stars, seeing other reviews with the reply of "we fixed it, update your app." What a giant joke of an app |

Tried force closing app, rebooting phone, nothing. Usually have to Uninstall and reinstall first to get it going. Multiple others at my job expierence the same and sometimes it doesn't even work with a reinstall. Junk. |

After the most recent update, if you're not walking on eggshells with this thing it gives you an error screen and locks you out until you reinstall it which is, in case you didn't know, VERY INCONVENIENT FOR A WORK SCHEDULE APP. I wouldn't wish this thing on my worst enemy and would give it 0 stars if I could. |

This is my only option to digitally check my schedule, clock in and out, check the logged hours, and request time off. I am begging the people in charge… please look into this 🙏 |

I can open it successfully, maybe two or three times, but after that, it tells me to contact a system administrator. I've had to uninstall and reinstall so many times that I'm considering asking management to switch to something else because this simply isn't working and I'm not the only one at my company that's having these issues. |
| 2024-08-16 |  | | It's telling me I have to change my password. When I enter my current password during the changing process it's telling me my current password is incorrect. I know that it isn't. I've checked over and over for typos but I have none. My current password doesn't have any special symbols or anything and is shorter than the new one, so I think the app is false flagging it and assuming it's wrong for not having any. This is not the first time I have had this issue, this app has too many to list. |
| 2024-08-01 |  | | Could be better. Every time the app gets updated, you have to delete and re-download it. It's user-friendly enough for basic functions. It allows you to sync your schedule with your phones calendar. You can request time off and see the store schedule which is helpful when you're at home and someone calls out and you have to get it sorted. |
