The digital swatches are super helpful. However, the virtual try on does not work. It says that I denied permission to access media but that isn't true. I definitely did give it permission to use my camera. I do wish that stylists could upload their favorite formulas and you could look through formulas that other people like.
I used to love the old app. There used to be an inspiration lookbook where you could access formulas and an education section. Even the virtual try-on haircolor used to work but now it does not on iPhone or Android. It makes Redken seem outdated and like a dying brand which is very unfortunate
