As one who observes Shabat: this "Tzofar - Red Alert" app, in combination with the "RedAlert" app by Elad Nava, is my current go-to Tzeva Adom solution. "Tzofar - Red Alert" allows me to HEAR the SPOKEN names of the targeted areas, hands-free. And the list of most recent nationwide alerts in the "RedAlert" app by Elad Nava automatically REFRESHES, allowing me to VIEW it hands-free.
Annoying ads. Edit: What servers? The API is free. You have 0 servers.
Best and most reliable app of it's kind.
