| 2023-09-16 |  | | Really hard to use and vague. You have to reauthorize EVERYTHING over and over again anytime you want to use the app which takes too long and is exhausting. Bank fee claims languish with virtually no informational updates then just expire with no summary of what happened. Nothing. Also, they want to send emails as YOU, but there's no way to preview what these emails say? I'd like to know what "I" am saying to my bank and credit card company. Just super janky and doesn't seem trustworthy. |

I can't earn any badges bc all offers won't load the badges are ridiculous anyway. I have inputted my phone number and received a verification code, however the app glitches when I am directed to the email stage. I done even get to finish putting in my email before it starts glitching and pauses all input. Do not use! |

The app worked once upon a time, but for months when I try to open it it asks me to signup and verify my phone number and then after that it asks me to put in my email which it is utterly incapable of handling. I can sometimes type out my entire email address (wow!) But any farther than that including pressing "next" will cause the app to crash rendering Recoup 100% useless |
| 2022-09-16 |  | | app is a mess , I have to uninstall , it keeps losing my account and points making me start over again as if I never even had an account, now when I try to log in , it asks me to verify my phone #, which I do, then put in my email, when I try to put my email in the app gets all wonky, im only able to type the first 5 or 6 letters and the app goes black , or it goes all white and flashes , then crashes, it even crashed my app launcher and wallpaper app! |

But then on top of having access to ALL financial accounts and transactions they tried to turn it into a review app that awards points based on your making a short video in your shopping experience with each charge. For what? It's too mixed up and needs to just pick a direction and go with it. |

Dose not require someone to be a tech wiz to move through the functions and even offer rewards such as cash back on purchases already made before signing up for the app. Definitely would recommend giving it a shot. Especially if you have a ton of digital receipts or bank fees. Definitely a 5 out of 5 so far. |

In fact every time you go to cashout a new one's required. Only gotten by signing up for something off their offerwall. They get access to all your data: Email, credit, debit & bank accounts; where, when & what you purchased; GPS; ALL personalis. Make a commercial, EVERYTIME, you go to collect coins. Don't forget, daily sign ins or lose points. EASY HARD PASS! |

Little did I know that it would message random merchants mentioning how much I have spent at their company in the past in order to demand a 30% coupon to use in the future. A total embarrassment, because I had already been given a coupon a few days earlier. Now I'm trying to cancel the acct and unlink my bank accts and there's not an option in the app for that. I had to fill out this 1998 looking form through email. |

I've tried multiple times and same result every time. Also, it keeps making me connect my bank account and when I go to scan my account for 'rebates and other stuff' it just continuously loads. š¤·š»āāļø **I would really like to be able to use yalls app though.. help me fix it and I'll change my rating to 5ā |
