The app and the company in general is used mainly by scammers and the company does nothing to fight it basically supporting the "Strange bank activity", "Problem with delivery", "Your *Steam/BattleNET/etc* account was compromised" and such type of scams.

The type of stuff people with big ambitions and financially not so strong look for! Umm...I removed that one star because I believe it's UI can be improved by a great extent.
