I downloaded et wealth magazine after paying the subscription amount and downloaded file can be seen in app. But when I try to open a small pop-up comes "directory not available" and pop up goes away automatically. I sent email to readwhere team but no response. |

The amount is debited but always I am unable to read the newspaper, I have to wait for a day and send a mail to helpdesk to sort it out. This is a big headache. Secondly, The search option is not working as expected. It doesn't give us the exact result it gives something else. Please improve the searching capabilities. |

Especially, in these pandemic days while we want to avoid any unnecessary human contact this app is a perfect place to enjoy news paper. Kudos to the team for excellent app. One suggestion: Most of the time, clipping feature behaves unexpected on Android. Clips are getting cropped. Please correct the same. |
