2024-06-25	Ashley Couch	Love the app but right now I have to keep uninstalling it and reinstall just to sign in and get in. It does not load. I can't input items without having to do a uninstall. Really wish I could open the app and it worked how it should.

I am even frustrated to use this app. You cannot edit after you added book or you cannot add again in book bank if you add it before but accidentally didnt add in finished book list. You cannot add entry all books that you have finished reading in one click. 4 or 5 click to put one book. it is very time consuming to make entry the books that you have finished.

I have had this difficulty with the app for several days now, when we first downloaded and made our account it worked and that was it.

Crashes, screen goes white and freezes, never let's you exit readers, never takes me to any other screen but edit reader, completely non-functioning! How are we supposed to participate in library reading challenge when your site is worthless?!

Sometimes you get to a blank screen and not sure why that is but it should just go back to the home screen after entering books. Only easy thing is to enter a book count but if you want to enter titles then forget it. Also asks several questions for each book entry and each question requires like 30sec of time for the app to "think". Was using this for a library program but got frustrated after entering in 7 books. Deleted the app.
2023-05-24	Stacy Dietrich	I like that you can scan the book barcode to log the book and click the button when you finish reading it but it does not seem to have the reading timer or I have not figured it out but that would be a nice thing to have.
2022-06-26	Lisa Jones	Worked great until yesterday. Now the progress view won't update so we are view our child's reading progress with him. I had to ask the staff member if they were still getting his minutes because I didn't know. She said other people are having similar issues now too.
2022-06-17	Teresa Peterson	It keeps track of minutes correctly, but the app is not very user friendly. It requires multiple steps to find our current reading program and isn't letting us remove ourselves from old reading programs, so it makes it difficult to use.
2022-06-04	Maggie Michalowski	The first time I tried to use it, it erased all the groups I had put in for myself and my kids. I don't have time to look this up over and over again, and it seems like a serious glitch to randomly remove us from our groups, which is the whole point of the app.
