| 2024-03-28 |  | | First impression is good, but you need to have an option to send you messages/bug report - the only communication possibilities i find is to book a calendly teams convo with you. I dont need an appointment with you to tell you that the lowest card in the home screen is partially blocked by the bottom screen menu bar, and share you an image of an example of the issue. Three stars because thats the most neutral option to give- i have used the app like five min so cant say anything really. |
| 2023-11-17 |  | | The function to subscribe via app has an ERROR/issue for those of us in the USA (i.e., no PayPal/GooglePay or a 'like' option; it says it takes pre-paid debitcards but won't take one by MASTERCARD—forcing me to use my VISA eventually). It is a good thing I'm tenacious or I'd had given up; versus trying 3-4 different cards to gain 'PRIME'-level access (especially since each card used HAD funds available)! It also errored out *everytime* i tried choosing the $5/mo option—forcing me to take $39/mo! |

Obversely developed with the user in mind by integrating a simple automated search engine feature. A very effective no-fuss browsing process made by categorizing study papers & journals Topic's together allowing the user a quicker way of finding the relevant studies of interest to readers. |
