Never had an issue with the app until i updated my phone. Now when i try to manage my bank card and add it to Gpay, it will not let me and the app will tell me to check my connection even though phone is connected to internet. Have been unable to re-register card with Gpay on new phone since the update

I have been trying for several hours to install the International Banking App, using information that I have used successfully for standard online banking for years But I get the response that my inputs are incorrect, which they are not. I'm amazed that NatWest cannot get this problem rectified.

Auto updates are a nightmare, cannot review app due to bugs!! Takes ages to transfer between accounts with latest version. Utter waste of dev time. Also, why bother thanking me for feedback, then telling me I'm wrong and that payments are much easier now. Auto response, any human who uses the app would immediately agree....typical

This used to be the most efficient legacy bank app I've used, but sadly after the latest update the user flow has gone downhill and the amount of taps required to make a simple transfer, for example, has increased noticeably, which is frustrating. Such a shame! Edited to reply to developer feedback: I'm fully aware of that, but as stated in my review this actually requires more taps to achieve than before (two, I believe), which is poor from a UX perspective.

Terrible. Been trying to receive an activation code for months so I can use the app and it's not sending me the code. The bank staff have been absolutely useless in helping me and have done nothing. NatWest have closed most of their branches and want us to bank online or in the app but will do nothing to assist with this. I'm going to try another bank I'm sick of the total lack of care from this bank. One last thing because of the bank I can no longer use my PayPal account or eBay or Amazon.

Works reasonably well save for two points. If you leave a complaint it is never responded to let alone dealt with (two occasions) also the main app icon "Information waiting" indicator never clears in a timely manner, i have had these stay for over a week.

Awesome app. Money at your fingertips. Lock your card. Transfer funds. Great app. These services were not available and free! Not that long ago. So though they've restricted us poor lately. We've still got a great way to see and control our money. Because of this app. So 5 stars.

Been trying to get a replacement card, the option for this is no longer available on the app so used the help option and just went round in circles. Eventually I was told that a card would be sent which has not arrived, so back to the help option only to be told no card has been ordered, absolutely useless
