I have used NatWest mobile banking for years and have always been very happy with it until the last few fays. I do a lot of shopping on the shopping chanel web site with no problems until the last 3 days. Everything is ok until I go to pay and send my order, then I get a message saying I have to go to my NatWest mobile app and approve the transaction, I do this to no avail, and have to keep repeating this action. I have rung the bank numerous times who tell me they can't see a problem as everyth

Terrible, i have been unable to use the app since installing and uninstalling then reinstalling for over a week now , the online chat service is abysmal, no one responds and my card has been declined for every transaction. I have tried contacting customer services on the phone and regardless of what i say to the automated service i am always transferred to the fraud department

One of the easy-to-use apps out there (lining among Monzo & Starling when it comes to being convenient and efficient). I like how you can customize some of its sections. Only issue here is it will take time for someone to set a Standing Order. Also, if they can make both acct number & sort code ready-to-copy and paste that would be truly awesome!!!

As others have said, WAS an easy to use, but since the updates, too many clicks to sort things out, also the biometric approval - blinking eyes to approve is too hit and miss, on a pixel 6 , even the web access is too busy, I use 1st direct also, and that really easy to use...šŸ˜, #update# it's improving...

The app itself is great. Really think you have produced a great product. Since 2019 your team have done amazing! But you really need to work on changing payments. You have max limits on payments and anything above that I need to send a Fax request(are with in the 1990s?) Or have to go into branch (you have closed all the ones near my work and my house! Thanks for that). Making a payment via an app has got to be more secure than sending a fax!

App is problematic since the latest update- been using this app for years and has been great with no problems. Since the latest update of the app, it now crashes/ freezes/ randomly closes/ stops responding whilst using the on-line banking app. Very frustrating and annoying especially whilst doing an on-line transaction.

I don't like it having to have more passwords and it just isn't easy to read the layout is terrible with charity pop ups on every page I'll be going back to the original website it's just better. *Edit why would I want to leave the same review again on social media when I don't have social media it seems like your avoiding the problem everyone gets the same response to their review I don't want to message you through Facebook I want to be able to go into my local branch but it closed šŸ˜”

Tons of features but gets the basics wrong. NatWest doesn't use the phone's built-in biometrics. They use their own face scans which is a privacy risk. No fingerprint support. Transfers are limited to Ā£750 a day without it. No other bank does this. It also refuses to update balance and transactions without relaunching the app and is full of prompts and reminders for new and existing features, getting in the way of everyday usage.

Unusable. You need and 8 or 13 digit number to set up a password (no special characters) and a 4 digit pin, to then set up another 5 digit pin to access the app "everyday". And keep all these secure. And all this faux security to check my mortgage twice a year, or else someone might pay it off for me. No fingerprint recognition. I'll use my phone to call you, it's easier and quicker

I hate this app! This is not my main account so... If you don't use it for ages you have to login again with all your details OR re-register again with all your details. I have all the details on my phone but because I don't have the brain the size of a planet, I have to move between screens to read and remember or copy the necessary details such as ID. EVERY TIME you leave the Natwest app screen to get the details, on return the app has cleared all completed fields and you start again!
