2023-06-24 | Phons IOM | Not enjoying this latest version of the App. Sure, it does what I need it to, but it's become unnecessarily complicated to navigate from screen to screen or account, and the payments options are not clear. Viewing automated payments pages appears to be different depending on the account type. I want a banking app to be straightforward, easy to use as well as secure. I'm sure in someone's mind this is better, but it's a step in the wrong direction for me. | |

App wouldn't open. Redownladed it, wouldn't open. Restarted phone wouldn't open Checked out service status, eventually opened the app. Approved transaction. Returned to vendors site... transaction cancelled timed out! Start again. Uninstalled app! | |
2021-10-17 | Svetlana Vasileva | The app is very handy. I have only one suggestion. After setting a transfer ready for some date, it would be good to be able to see what transfers I have set. I tend to forget if I have set a certain transfer on not. |
