Everytime I open the app and try turning on/off the controller it says it needs location services to be turned on. However on my s22 ultra, it's not even in the list. I have it connected to my PC and I wish there was a way to just keep it turned off when the PC isn't on instead of having to always manually turn it off after I shutdown the PC. VERY ANNOYING | |

Used to be able to change the colors and turn off the ligts of the kitty headphones but now the only devices available are two that I don't have. I once opened the app and it mentioned that I had to install or whatever another app but I closed the pop-up too quickly and don't know what the app was. Really hope that this issue gets fixed because I want to be able to turn off the chroma lights and change the colors asap | |
2023-01-24 | Kiran White | App used to work perfect, now forces you to give location access but doesn't actually request access for location from the phone properly. I've got no issue with giving my location access, I understand the requirement for the functionality, my issue is the actual feature within the app appears to be bugged where it will state that it wants location access and then when I try and provide it the app does not correctly ask the device for the access and it makes it impossible to use the app. | |

I don't use the lights very often but recently I wanted to use them and the app forgot my headphones and now it can't connect with them. | |

This is definitely not an issue with my devices, it is an issue with the app. I've been contacting customer service for a almost a year now (ever since the update that caused the issue) and have not had the issue resolved. I think I'm going to switch to a different brand that actually values customer feedback and takes responsibility for their mistakes instead of blaming their customers. | |

Then it stopped working with the app. Reached out to support and they made the process even more difficult. Bought these because of the cool lights and now it doesn't work. It's extremely frustrating as my girlfriend has the exact same issue. Support didn't make it easy for her either. Why are we suppose to make a video of the app not working? So frustrating. | |
2022-08-11 | cosmic lara | It worked completely fine when i used it last year, and today I put my headphones into pairing mode and the app tells me to retry a moment later. The funniest thing is it doesnt even use my location: I gave the app permission to use my location to find the headphones and according to my phone it never actually looks for the location in the first place (an icon tells me when something is tracking my location). The "helpful" update has ruined the once functional app, and I hope its reversed. | |

I've never been able to have any color other than white on my headset. Never have gotten a response from support. It asks for permissions to read and control notifications (including texts, what the heck?), and unless you grant it access you can't use it. Then it's *constantly* doing something in the background, but it sure isn't working. The 1st time I installed it with my kitty headphones it was okay for a while, then I had to uninstall it to get it to quit messing with my phone! I just tried again, and same nonsense. Awful app honestly. | |
2022-05-08 | Zero Two | The mobile app is extremely inconsistent, it doesn't want to connect to my headset a majority of the time, the other times, and the rest of the time it either disables the chroma or works. it has gotten a bit irritating to deal with.. I still enjoy razor products and support their brand. |
