2023-03-12 | Defiant McGyver | You guys did a fantastic job at note input and Chapter 2 changed the aspect of the game and story. Fantastic story build up and slow release of each chapter. Love it! You get a 5star, monetization is balanced for no ad experience. Not even overpriced for a free DL game with new additions each week. My only complaint is "flick notes." I don't feel like they register as they should and the time to get in the position for the next note is a bit too much. I see 3-4 yellow slides the same as flicks.
2022-10-31 | Aurora Allen | It's alright compared to the first game. I love the new types of notes, so game play is better, except for the songs that slow down in the middle, I really dislike that mechanic. The story is interesting but there are a lot of npcs to keep track of. Not a fan of finding charts for only one difficulty of a song at a time, I'd rather just find fewer charts and have them unlock all three difficulties. There are a lot of resources to keep track of, which is confusing, and the collectibles are meh.
2022-02-17 | Spark Lupus | I absolutely loved deemo. The story. The music. The artstyle. With this one though... the actual gameplay while you're playing is definitely a nice artistic choice. Though playing it, it feels extremely slow to start from deemo. I find whenever I play it, it just makes me miss the music from the original deemo. I did not see a single artist I liked in any of the purchaseable packs. They're all different from deemo one, just makes me miss the days when deemo one was still being extended upon.
2022-02-15 | Emily Pham | Pros: Story and graphics remind me of Studio Ghibli. Events are really fun to play! Can purchase song packs for free. Played since launch and already have 5/6 of the currency needed for one. Good amount of free song packs given, and they will probably give more with future updates. Cons: There's a bit of lag when playing music, hurts combos at times but uncommon. Battle pass is pricey. Cutscenes are sometimes unsynced. Note: Radiance only helps progress the story faster, don't need it to play.
2022-02-08 | Andre Castrellon | It's better than I could imagine brings a tear to my eye. Edit: it's not a "battle pass system" it's a way for them to make money you only buy it once and then you just level it up if you check it has no expiration date it's like the sand timer in the first one it only unlocks more of the game a system like this is need for a free game and plus the things you can only can only be bought once except the 5 dollar one but everything in the game can be earned and you can still play without radiance.
2022-01-22 | Hi*Hey Bluebear | I'm thoroughly impressed. Rayark has gone above and beyond on the ui and game design with this installment of Deemo. It is beautiful... Every corner is a work of art. This game takes the free-roam aspects of Deemo Reborn to the next level and makes them successful. My only complaints are that I think I appreciate the rhythm game charts better in the first Deemo far more still. I feel a disconnect when playing the songs in this one... Maybe I can't quite get the calibration right for some reason.
2022-01-22 | Harold Olmedo-Calvo | Game is great, but not for me. I liked C2 was a rhythm game and it had story. This game does the same thing, the roam thing sounded very cool, but when you to go in different places for music sheets that's a lot of time. (Yes I'm aware of Fast Travel but it sometimes takes too long to load) Maybe when I have the patience I'll give it another shot. Also, I hope everyone enjoys this game!
2022-01-21 | Probably Luminous | I'm so disappointed they took this route. Every freemium system you can think of is in this game. Stamina, refills, battle pass, DLC, event passes, etc. This isn't a scammy gacha game yet it feels like one. On the positive side the game is very pretty and the soundtrack is of course amazing. It's just a shame they implemented all these systems that prevent you from getting fully immersed in the game. I'd rather just pay if I didn't have to deal with all the extra systems. Just play Deemo 1.
2022-01-16 | Azn Chik | This game went above and beyond expectations! I loved the first game, but this one doesn't even feel like a mobile game with its cutscenes, voice acting, exploration, map, collectables, saving, etc. Love that the core of Deemo playing is still present even with this mega upgrade to everything else in the game! 5 stars if cooldown period were 30min since I can play about 10 songs in that timeframe. 2 hours seem excessive to be able to play ONE song
2022-01-16 | Rirei Hiyake | I would give it a 5 star if only i could access the store. It keeps saying unable to show product details which is a bummer. But so far the game is just amazing, animation is beautiful, music is gorgeous, i could spend hours just walking around, watching potato people and doing nothing. Edit: One of the little chart missions give the same chart. It's the one where you have to follow the arrow on the platform and the one from Pimi :/ |
