why I can no longer open an email attachment when using salesmate app?

Only giving a review because Google opted for me to. The search function is terrible. I will quite literally open email in another app just to use their search function because this one is so bad. On the phone, Swiping to archive/delete is also awful as I accidentally archive/delete an email when trying to scroll through. And for our 'catch-all' email, it won't even let me move things out of the archive/trash. Why allow me to archive but not remove from archive?
