It's a decent app but it's just so oversimplified there's a lack of clear information when you need it. Making transfers, checking balance, stuff like that, it works great. But if you need to dispute a charge good luck. There's not even customer support besides a phone # which when I called no one picked up. Doesn't have the security of a real bank. Also really dislike the update that requires your card info to do anything, just pointless/annoying since the whole app is locked by password anyway

Be sure to keep up on your finances if you use the rapid pay services at all. I did the math on my finances for this paycheck and they take out a lot in hidden fees that aren't mentioned anywhere. Im missing money that seems to have just vanished with each transaction. Getting ahold of customer service is a joke. I've sat on hold for almost 30 minutes multiple times, only for them to hang up after long enough. If you have to use their banking services, I'd suggest not using them for very long...

Horrible. Never. Never. Never Very poorly designed app. Also this card has zero benefits and no reason to use. No incentives . Also account numbers change when you get a new card which is also unheard of before. You will always wait till last second on Friday to get paid. Worst app ever. Most reviews are fake people I checked. I have connections I looked. Like that for most big companies. Google let's them review bribe. Very underhanded.
