Now, on Aug 8 I got a notification and opened the app...it said the other party had taken 2 screenshots! What?! So much for security. That was the whole reason I chose this app. Immediately deleted my account, and the app. Do better guys... |

Easy to make new acct if you got unwanted stalkers blowing you up. Overall, not bad. One of select few that doesn't require phone number to sign up! |

They're forced onto my contacts, and most joining Dust and find me on their contacts. How the hell is this possible with a brand new email account solely to log into a so-called private and secure chat app that's adding me to complete strangers contacts, and vice versa??? Half of them are bots. I'm not your product, and I am certainly not for sale! |

However, recently, it has been giving me the message, "error loading chat, try again later." Typically, message I want encrypted are of an important nature, so this is highly frustrating and unreliable. Obviously, I have to share the app to use with clients and I find the link to share and invitation message sent to be very unprofessional and a little embarrassing. |

However, in the last few weeks the app seems to be glitching more and often won't load conversations, almost as if I don't have Internet access but this is happening with the user I chat with as well. It's frustrating when you reply to someone but it doesn't send so they go who knows how long before you realize your reply didn't send. |
| 2022-10-10 |  | | Well, I finally got the app up and running. The problem was that I connected with Firefox instead of Chrome. So what I did was I change my default from Firefox to Chrome, signed in on that, and now I'm switching my default browser back to Firefox because I'm in. So what you need to do is fix how people get in, or at least let them know that the only way you can get in is through chrome, not another type of browser. I'd like to hear your feedback on this.
