| 2024-11-24 |  | | Updated and some of the features are now subscription based but it doesn't make sense to charge extra when we buy the equipment and can only use it with your app. It's a money grab for sure. No ink or images are being used from them so how are you chatging just to remove background? You can't even add multiple pictures anymore when removing background. The new update is trash and a bad business move. If you are a tattoo artist don't buy this and definitely don't pur have the subscription. |

The application is easy to use. I paid for the yearly subscription and I love all the extra features and stickers. The photo quality is wonderful. This way of printing photos is cost effective and they don't get lost in your phone never to be seen again. Our m02 pro printer is fantastic. We love it! |

The small printer is awesome for stickers for my v youth program and events. The larger to go portable printer is amazing and even made more so when used in conjunction with AI to print on the go posters, signs, copies, and more. Love this!! |
| 2024-10-19 |  | | Overall I really like the printer. Images and documents come out great! However, the app features are lacking greatly and I've found no work around. You can't specifically choose an image size. And you can't center the image on the page after resizing. So you have to eye ball it while resizing manually by pinching the image with your fingers. It's super inaccurate. Tried using my PC and the margins are way bigger than the app so the image shrinks! It's super annoying. |

Sure there's some annoying things like text size restrictions but it's pretty easy to go around with screenshots and any basic photo editing app. The new fonts and subscription isn't actually that bad. I download a return label for a package, go on the app to print it out, and now I have to sort through ALL of my previously printed return labels to find the one I'm looking for. The archive is sorted by random, and you can't change it. Now you gotta spend five minutes or more looking for the file you want to print. It's always astounding to me when devs fail miserably at such basic QoL features. |
| 2024-08-14 |  | | So far I like this little printer. I'm finding more ways to use it everyday. I can easily go to the Web, Instagram, Pinterest, ect to get images/words to print. It prints fairly clearly. Has multiple degrees of darkness to choose from. The cutter is NOT very sharp. It WILL cut most of the sticker papers, just not the thicker transparent sticker papers. My only con is that I CANNOT add text to my images. |

Some images I only need half the size and some are perfect and some too small. It's a little frustrating because I'm using more paper than I would like. Also. You can't collage and edit. You have to pick and choose. |

So far I really like the printer and the app is working great, it has a lot of useful and cute images. It is a really friendly user app, the Bluetooth works great and connect really easy with the printer. I have a Samsung Galaxy s9+. |

Instructions leave a little to be desired...like you need to hold that "on" button down for a couple seconds before it powers on. It's fairly intuitive; plan to spend about 20-30 minutes messing with it after charge & do a test print or 2 before u have it all figured out. Works best when i scan the QRcode to activate it so i printed the code on the adhesive paper it came with & stuck it on the bottom of unit for ease of scan with my phone. |
