Not very Happy right now with this app it's making my job harder then usual especially when quore saids my rooms have checked out and they aren't. It definitely needs fixed and especially the fact that it's not communicating with opera. Definitely would love this to be fixed because it's definitely an amazing app to use while working plus my staff loves it. Please fix asap.

Adelaida Colon, 2024-10-20I love Quore! I love the fact that I can get notifications in real time on guest complaints. This helps us stay proactive and timely in resolving issues, significantly improving guest relations! Keep in mind that Quore works best when everyone in the hotel is using it (especially your front desk, maintenance, and executive housekeeper).

James Cooper, 2024-09-24I've been having issues with Quore for several months now. I keep getting the error message that I don't have internet connection when I do. All other apps work flawlessly except Quore. I emailed technical support how about a month ago and we have gone back and forth with screen recordings and screenshots and all they tell me is that they will inform their development team. And before you say it, I do not like the web portal because I do not get notifications when work orders are placed.
