On the upside, it's free and have lots of helpful book summaries that really help someone to learn and apply both practical and philosophical knowledge in life. However, upon opening chapter 4 of Bored and Brilliant, it crashes and freezes the phone right after the narrator says, "Empathy levels plummeted." There's a typo where the next words "evenif" don't have a space in between which might be causing the issue. I had to delete all downloaded content to fix the issue. Hope you can resolve this.

Purchased Premium services but app is still on Basic and doesn't allow any of the Premium features. The ads don't stop either. Any email through app or any attempt to contact seems futile. Till date no response from the team.

I paid for lifetime, and it does not register in my account. There are areas of the software that does not work. Cannot email support, on top of that. I tried reinstalling software to no success. I have Android, the funny thing is the free version worked fine. Now I paid, and I still have the free version. There are definitely several sofware glitches.
