Great and easy to use app. I highly recommend. Had made everything easier to do and user friendly. Quick correspondence and keeps a great history of payments. Balances as well as any communication is have had.

Everyone wishes they had it this good. Only complaint is I was offered hurricane assistance and was told that my mortgage would be extended by 3 months and my payments wouldn't change but then when I started payments again nobody knew what I was talking about and now I'm paying $200 more per month.

Terrible. I have my mortgage through Rocket Mortgage and the app refuses to work for me. Every time I log in I get a message saying my mortgage can only be handled on the website. Why are they allowed not to service their own customers in their own app? I've called support on this too and they just say "sorry I can't help you". Terrible service. Terrible company. Terrible app. 0 stars if I could.
