2024-12-25 | N.E.S. Merrill | Horrenous The "background" tasks error out every time, including if your screen goes dark. I only wanted it to sync my camera roll, and i had to babysit 3000 photos. Also slow as dirt, should have gotten 10-20 meg/s but got at best 2, with 20s file preload.
2024-12-17 | Ong Kian Soon | The team listened to feedback n added the missing features found in QPhoto. The updated app now has everything I wished for. Good job n thanks you very much!
2024-11-30 | Greg ALDOUS | Keeps freezing on the home screen. Reported by others below. It has been doing this for months. Put older release out until fixed.
2024-11-13 | Radu Bacaran | The app looks great and has great potential The issues I have found - if set to upload while charging it will sometimes stop when the charging is complete - for failed transfers sometime I need to restart the wifi to trigger the transfer I have set to upload the photos I receive via social media as well as the camera photos. This is great but there are a lot of useless photos there. It would be great if the conditional search would allow to filter based on source folder(s).
2024-10-26 | Mark Macdonald | Pretty good overall. Lets me browse and view photos hosted on my Qnap NAS. Download permissions don't seem to work, however: files always get saved to DCIM regardless of what destination folder I select.
2024-10-22 | Stu Art | If the devs are listening... app has really improved, but PLEASE add the ability to remove background blurring on the desktop interface as well. And PLEASE allow full resolution display of photos on the desktop. My images don't look sharp and I have to go and check the files to make sure they were in focus and properly processed. No point taking high quality images if they look so rubbish in the viewer.
2024-10-05 | Ashton | Constantly crashed and when it doesn't it does nothing. I set it up to auto back up my pictures and hours go by with barely any uploads. I try to do literally anything and the app freezes or crashes. If you leave the app your backups stop.
2024-09-25 | Philippe P. | Dark mode makes the support chat unreadable. Have to switch to daylight mode to interact with support. Category input like "Drink" won't work if typed. Has to be selected from the Thing list and search.
2024-08-18 | E Yeo | Despite what had been written here, I actually find the app quite useable if not useful. It is a credible replacement for Google Photos. However, this app lacks a feature I need in the field. While the web app provides location information, the mobile app does not. As a photographer of wildlife, I need to look up locations of animals where I had previously taken a photo of. Please consider adding this feature in future releases of this app.
2024-07-10 | V i V i D | Added +1 star, because things have changed for the better. Added cache mode, better video playback, folder display. ToDo: even smaller icons (6 photos in one line after zoom out), possibility to view original quality (current) photo without downloading (or changing setting), with single click or tap. |
