| 2024-11-20 |  | | I originally thought this was a top app and generally enjoying until I had an issue, and they refused to help even though I have screenshots and spent quite a bit of money and had membership. Coins were lost by app glitch and refused to address issue, so beware. I can find same novels on Kindle which is cheaper, so I guess I may ha e to stop using app. Shame when people don't support their members. |
| 2024-11-12 |  | | Crappie accessibility options. I've used them via web, app, and Mac app. All of them suck. This app doesn't work well, if at all, with the default speech to text. App or web browser, in each situation, it doesn't allow it to detect the content. Their speech to text IS HORRIBLE! It completely ruins the story. Homographs, like tear (cry) and tear (rip)and sentence structure, are completely fumbled. I contacted C.S. and It didn't help. What a waste of money. |
| 2024-11-05 |  | | It's a good app, and it's interactive in the levels and badges and voting, I just wish I could get more fastpasses so I can read more I used the app for a little while after leaving this review, and it has some interesting stories of many genres even now. I have been busy with life and put the app down, even getting a new phone. Today, I was pleasantly surprised. Even after a couple of years off the app and all the changes and updates, my stuff is still there, including my badges and history. |

I cannot skip the welcome page that is basically forcing me to choose from 2 options of genres for reading. I want to skip the option so I can get more recommendations. Besides the fact that I don't know under which genre the novel I'm trying to finish reading would fall under. |

When there's over a thousand chapters it's inconvenient to figure out where I was. I want to go back to the exact page I was reading whenever I restore the app. My next issue is that the read ahead privilege ends at the end of the month. You read that right, not 30 days after purchase, at the end of the month. |

I have so many comic fast passes and passes for books that I am not going to read until I am done with the previous one. Like a previous review person said it would be great to be able to trade these fast passes in. I am sitting on 13 of them, and they will disappear after a while, which means I wasted my time logging in for rewards I will never use |
| 2024-10-08 |  | | This app does not work. I've tried downloading it and redownloading and nothing works. I've tried to log into my account but it does not even give me the option. I can't even make a new account. I can't browse as a guest. On every page of this app it tells me to reload the page but every time I reload nothing happens. Than it told me to get an update so I went to the app store but no update was available. I really hope they fix this issue because I want to ready books off the app. |
| 2024-10-07 |  | | My only issue is the audio. There's an option of speech speed adjustment, but you can tell there's no adjustment at all. It's very chopped up and my personal opinion it doesn't have an option to read while hearing audio at the same time or just listen to the audio. |
| 2024-10-05 |  | | The UI is very frustrating. Pages constantly fail to load, it usually has a retry button but the button is small and it frequently thinks I'm trying to bring up the menu. When reading it sometimes pops up the menu when I am trying to scroll and I'll accidentally hit the navigation button and have to scroll all the way back to the right page. It also sometimes jumps back entire chapters after locking the screen. This app is only good for the content, it very buggy. I won't be using it anymore. |
| 2024-10-04 |  | | I have tried many many different novel apps and I am very much enjoying this app. This app has wonderful stories and you can either read them or listen to it as an audio book and it reads to you wherever you left off on the personal reading without crazy demands to unlock chapters you have already read. The chapters are reasonable numbers of coins and not excessively expensive. Sometimes the audio reading is a little choppy but not bad. 😁 |
