This bank doesn't care about it's clients! Their only interest is to take your money, then find more creative ways to take more! I don't know about everyone else, but I expect a bank to keep my money safe for me, so that I can save and have it available when I need it, but they are the first ones to take it from me (steal). This bank is the worst!

Charges don't show up on a timely manner. So, balance you are looking at is rarely correct. I've seen it show a charge and then the next day it goes away and your balance is artificially high. Pretty much useless unless you really pay attention. Probably helps them get overdraft fees.

What is going on? Normally we don't have an issue with the app, but for some reason it is showing pending withdrawals that should have been taken out over a week ago. And the date for the withdraw keeps changing too. Sometimes the balance reflects the pending already taken out, and other times it doesn't show them taken out. When I go to the bank for a balance, it doesn't show the pending amounts. People can't function like this. We need an accurate reading of our balance.

New to Horizon bank and I regret it already. Worst banking and app experience I've ever had. The app and website for the last 2 days only reflect by balance from the day before and constantly glitches and buffers. When I got my card, the chip didn't work so I had to go to the branch to get a new one. In addition, their cards don't even have tap function. Will definitely have to switch banks again after these horrible experiences already.

Idk what happened to this app lately. A few weeks ago, it took me several attempts to login before it would go beyond login page. But the last 3 days it will NOT go beyond login page. It says "connecting" then... nothing. Usually it says "connecting", then goes into my page. I've tried uninstalling, clearing cache, trying different times of day. Nothing. Works. I have good internet connectivity, so that's not the issue. It's the app itself. Fix it, please!

Ever since it was redone, the app has glitches whenever you log in. It will pull of the passcode page a 2nd time after you already have signed in with your code and won't go to your account😠. It's very frustrating. It happy EVERY SINGLE TIME! I've unistalled the app & re-installed it, but still does it!!! Before the changes, for 'better' experience using the app, it was extremely better!!!

I can't tell if this is an app problem, or a bank problem, but either way its unacceptable. It is not too much to ask for your bank/app to display the correct account balance. It used to be give or take a few dollars maybe, but over the past few weeks I've had balanced display that are several hundred dollars off from what the actual available balance is. It is the very least to expect an accurate account balance from my financial institution. Keep up with the times.

When this was Salin Bank the app used to work wonderfully, but Salin is now Horizon, and I thought the change was for the better, nope, the change was for the worse, the app takes almost a week to update. You don't see your own deposits until many days later, purchases show as pending for at least 3 days, so I really don't see the benefit of having this app, it just takes space in your phone and it doesn't help you. Improve and get with the times Horizon, you went backwards with this app.

This app consistently removes deposits and withdrawals from the history so it can never be trusted to give an accurate amount for how much is in your account. They seem to appear and disappear at random. Really not worth the hassle. Better to just switch to literally any other bank as everyone else has seemed to have apps figured out for years while horizon consistently releases updates that seem to do nothing.
