Also, the customer support is amazing. Edit Nov. 2024: After upgrading my connection, the speed decrease is worse but it still works for what I want it for. |

It doesn't even work at all on my phone after the latest update and term changes... it is horrible on my phone. it is worse that I never really know when it isn't running and when it is. it just does it's own thing and the killswitch doesn't work. It is no longer a functioning app. I removed reinstalled deleted cache and data. It no longer connects. |

Go to signup, and the trial code that was automatically generated on the signup screen is "invalid" apparently..... Tried a few different vpn apps now and they all either want your credit card details before a "free" trial, or they don't work, starting to get real cranky! Next app i'm sure is gonna get a nasty obscene review!!! |
| 2024-09-24 |  | | (this is an update review) I'm a long time subscriber, but lately the QoS doesn't really good. Netflix detected the VPN connection and refuse tio stream. Some other legit websites also recognize & refuse the VPN connection. Using the dedicated server helps a little, but still not all dedicated server works. Need to try manually one by one. Sometimes the connection speed in using VPN also very poor. |

Many emails with the support team they are friendly, but no one can solve or find solutions. All the team will ask to do the same steps, and the result always failed to load. |

Very disappointed with the app, but friendly support team, who you'll get to know well. When you get the app to work, don't turn it off, it'll do that its self. CHANGE FOR THE BETTER! "Failed to load" shows after 20s now! Not 40s as before! Well done! Great! |

The 1+2 year offer is also the best deal out there. I have subscribed for last 2 years , now going fo 5! Btw, I took the time to read many of the negative reviews and find them either totally dishonest or the user has little knowledge or patience using a PC/laptop or Smartphone and unsupportable. |

When I disconnect from a server and close the app, the app will automatically turn the VPN back on in the background without my consent. The buttons are unresponsive half of the time, sometimes I have to click a button three times for it to register. Half of the time the app won't tell me the IP address of the server I'm connected to. Although the app is mediocre, it's still usable. |
