I am unable to see the shift of other employees next to 3 days. It's just blinking unable to see it. Before it was good but recently I have discovered it is not showing properly

Their Push Time app (to clock in) won't work, and customer service refuses to help. They also have let my company down in other ways. DONT USE THIS APP FOR YOUR COMPANY.

The app seems spotty in the ways it functions. Seems like old chats can't be deleted. It asks me to access my gallery and everytime I go to allow the permission..... It's not even a permission listed in the internal app settings to allow. So you can only use the camera button, which is a downgrade from your normal phone camera. I hope these issues can be fixed

Confusing bulky UI, shift swap + shift release broken, calender sync can't be done on mobile (other scheduling apps can do this), the only settings available are when you're notified about your shifts, and no dark mode. Technically speaking, it's not the worst work app I've used. But thanks to it's broken shift swap feature, it's close.

Dealing with the same bugs for like an entire year. No updates. Can't send message as the app crashes everytime for everyone. Could be an amazing app but looks like it has been left to collect dust from developers.

Barely interact with the app but it is incredibly buggy. Some days it doesn't even load and others I can't access time off requests. After submitting nothing shows up in either pending or resolved.

It says my email address is not valid. This is the same email it sends alerts to. Hate to leave one star but what can I do? Mobile app sucks. It is completely inaccessible. Before this it was fine actually quite good. Hope this can be fixed soon because signing in on my laptop is far less convenient.

Mobile *application* prevents viewing any data related to payment. Viewing data on your earnings MUST be done by a computer, as their mobile *website* also does not allow this. The application is great for schedule organization, but access to earnings through mobile devices is not possible to my knowledge, making it 2 stars at best.

I originally used my own email but when I was given a company email it suddenly doesn't recognize the login at all. Even after resetting absolutely nothing. Only when I log in on the mobile site does it work and even emailing their development team didn't help as they never answered my emails. Hardly worth having an app I can only use half of;; if I didn't need it for work I wouldn't use it.
