| 2024-10-23 |  | | pursue care is absolutely unmatched in my book and I've been through several different types of counciling, and plenty of different psychiatrists. what sets these people apart from others I've dealt with in the past is they actually care about their patients. they treat the underlying issues of addiction not just give u a med and say here u go, the psychiatrist, provider, case manager, and councilor I've had throughout my experience here is top notch. I'm more than grateful to have their help |

It is so easy to get mental health treatment over my phone by video and plus with them having their own pharmacy my meds are overnighted to my hous or shipped .Pursue Care has made the fact that I don't drive easy to get treatment! Plus I live in a small area to where we don't have many options for mental health TREATMENT but with this app I get the same treatment if not better then I could get locally!! Thanks pursue car |

The app has its issues, during my appointments the video recording flips my image upside down/ halfway sideways when in a zoom appointment and it's distracting, sometimes I get dropped unexpectedly, or it won't let me log in for awhile. |

Or they forget about me. The last girl would never set my next appointment. She would go weeks and I would have to remind her over and over. So I just gave up. |
