I tried to message support to get help and they told me that they couldn't help because they didn't have access to that page. Why even have support if they can't help with your problem. So, now, I'm not sure what to do, except to uninstall the app and reinstall it and hope that works. Maybe I have to re-register my account? If that doesn't work, I'll go old school and call to make room reservations. It's such a hassle in our digital world. |
