2024-10-29 | C N | This is the worst restaurant app I have ever used. Constantly freezes up, reloads, and loses all progress and on top of that will just send you to the website half of the time. Doesn't let you cancel an order anywhere clearly after you have put one in, and will automatically add the highest amount of tip that it can (25%) without telling you. You have to look at the receipt and manually put in the "custom amount" if you do not want to tip. Also is not faster than just getting in line yourself. | |

And the only benefit from the app is your food will be ready when you get there. Then when I order vegetarian (with guacamole) it's almost never in there, I guess because it doesn't come up on the ticket so again I can't order through the app. | |

Always have to input my location even though location is on and I only eat at one store. Toppings aren't always inputted when you select them. Orders reset if you click the wrong button. And worst of all, I can't check out half the time due to issues validating the order. I'm done using the app and most likely the restaurant. Taco cabana isn't as good but it's a hell of a lot less annoying to use the app. | |

I select delivery, put in the address and it just recycles to choosing the store and picking delivery again. Doordash works fine for same store and address though. Update: Another point of contention with this app. There is only an email address for error resolution. If you don't receive your delivery order there's no quick way to sort it out. You're just out of luck until someone wants to get back to you. | |

No longer can you custom create what you want (like if you dangerously went there in person), but pick from pre selects. If that's how it was from the beginning than okay, but it changed to make things worse. THIS app does NOT remember your favorite restaurant, allow you to pre program your order, hit send when your within range of the cook time, make it easy to re order favorites, easily show the nutrition content of what you ordered.... | |

It used to be great, now they barely add any of the meat you choose (which are also cut in smaller pieces), the queso is not good ( taste like it came out of 99¢ can), they only have like 2 tortillas to choose from, and even the chips they use now feel like cheap ones you get for nachos. Only getting a 2 because they still offer black beans and the rice is okay and the app isn't completely cumbersome to use. | |

Have brought this up with stores, who said they are going to talk to technical support, but that was months ago with no improvement at all. 2020-10-15 | Robert Pope | Worse than useless! Wasted 30 minutes of lunch break trying to order. Wouldnt save anything entered if I left app for any reason and returned. Not even "Favorite" location. Had to start all over. Then, when finally when managed to get order in, it failed to process the charge. If it's not going to actually process an order, take it down until fixed. EACH step was glacially slow as well. LOOKS slick and user-friendly but functionally garbage! |
