I love being able to report outages and other issues on the app. The problem is that for the last several months the app has been completely broken and unusable. Sometimes if I uninstall and reinstall it works, but most of the time I just see a blue loading screen when I try to open the app. I really hope the city fixes it because this has been a great tool. | |

It has given me mild trouble before that incident, like needing to relaunch the app a lot, and login about half the time even with the "remember me" option clicked (i think it has this, it is 2023). 1/10 pain in the neck. | |

The previous app (e+ or whatever) worked perfectly, so of course they had to change it to this monstrosity and make it suck. Now when you go to literally ANY of the apps "pages" they have a menu of options you MUST scroll past to even see if you went to the right page. I see no reason to use this space consuming app when the website works exactly the same way. | |

2022-06-19 | Cal M | I have used this app in the past, but have not been able to use on my last two Motorola. I'm currently using Moto G Power. Edit: bumped stars thanks to another reviewer. I cleared the app's cache and storage. It should not require this to just start. I know that the development is probably mainly done, but work at improving this, please. This should be instantly usable for everyone. |
