I have all of them downloaded and with my life, I'm rarely on. In fact it's been over a yr since I've traded. But when i logged-in to them, of course I couldn't recall the PW's so the first thing they ask is to text me a temp code. News Flash, people including me get new #'s. The only one that wasn't a nightmare was this baby! Easy as pie to update, navigate & operate! |

| 2024-10-04 |  | | I came over from Webull after they launched the options revenue share program. It's a game changer for a person that trades thousands of contracts a week. I am a fan of the bond section. You can easily choose the quality bond you desire and safeguards from choosing riskier or low liquid. Id like to see an option to remove the order submittal animation, set a stop loss, as well as a bit more time to close out 0DTE cx. Support is excellent (shout out to Matt) and they are always improving the app. |

Found this app to be very easy and convenient for new investors like me. Update: Since my last review back in March 2021; these guys keep doing an amazing job with Public. For a company that initially threw around the word transparency a lot, touted social features, and talked about bringing information to the masses, I find their approach questionable. I'll switch apps/tools eventually, but will continue to use Public out of convenience. |
| 2024-03-30 |  | | A user for several years now. It's a great app for casual traders, especially if you're in the military and either out on deployment or workups. Easy to use and for understanding the basics. I appreciate the short tutorial vids on explaining aspects of stock trading or of new features but could do more in-depth tutorials with beginner traders in mind. The Public team clearly does its best to take in user input and improve the app. Looking forward to new features (automated investing, maybe?) |

UI experience has gone downhill and they constantly remove a useful feature after each update. The market has been open for over 30mins now & I've been unable to check my portfolio updates because "There's a problem viewing your chart right now". Over the past week, I've also noticed where there were periods of time where my portfolio has gone completely linear which is impossible. Leaving. |

You would think customer service for premium membership would be better, but I've been largely ignored and provided with insufficient solutions that was quickly thrown at me. Only after multiple attempts, I was able to solve the glitch that happened in my account. But I do see signs of improvement and AI feature is useful. |

I know people want to blame the person using it but you always seem to lose money in the end. Tried and tested. Bought low when in the red so it was cheap and sold high when green for a profit but the numbers are not accurate. You end up losing no matter what. |
