2024-11-27 | Carly Thomas | I absolutely love knowing my EBT balance without having to call and enter all info in over and over. The app itself offers so much, but I'm hooked on the surveys since you can get the instant cash out deposit of however much I make to my debit acct! I can't tell you how making a quick 5-10 in a day has helped me! XOXO Not sure I understand the name change. Personally, I thought that "Providers" fit best. But as long as that hollowed out orange is the image, I'll overlook the name change! 😁
2024-11-13 | Ms kitti Katt | This is simply the +MOST CONVENIENT+ way 2 view your EBT balance & transmission history. Plus the many other features that go along with the EBT ACCOUNT. NEVER CALL THAT AWFUL EBT # customer service number again!! What a hassle that was right!!??? Well no more this app gives us everything we need answered & tons more INFO- RELATED OFFERS- COUPONS- EVENTS & keeps us totally up 2 date regarding our EBT CARD/ACCOUNT & the entire program as a whole. This app is a true HELPER & 100% convince. Awesome
2024-11-07 | Ty Ty 2Fly | The app always have lots of network issues. They Be ripping people off on surveys they have on there. Id complete a survey and hit finish button and it will either crash or tell me I was screened out.. yeah after y'all got all my answers. Smh. Don't get me started on customer support, messaged them But they just ignored it. If I could I'd rate it like a -2
2024-11-07 | Patrick Bateman | 1. I constantly get the "we are having trouble contacting your provider" error or "something went wrong" error. I get an update MAYBE 1 out of every 10 attempts. Pretty poor track record. 2. I live in Ohio. Every offer, sale job, etc that is shown to me is in West Virginia. 3. I've the app ask for camera phone and mic permissions. Why? Poor, poor design and horrid optimization.
2024-10-31 | Victor Campbell | I only use it to check balance (which can take several minutes to update). There are many other features I have yet to explore. Update: My State created their own app, which is immensely faster in providing my EBT balance information as well as keeping me informed of important changes in the system.
2024-10-29 | Sam Cadora (Cadoornobs) | This app is very discriminatory. It owes me over $10 in completed surveys and when I contacted customer service I got nowhere. As a matter of fact after my conversation with customer service I no longer qualified for any surveys. Talking to customer service will get you nowhere and I will probably never see my money. Very biased and unfair. They're only looking for left-leaning participants. Very very deceptive.
2024-10-20 | Jason Knapp | EBTConnect finally has an official app, so I use that now. 4 stars since over the years it has gotten a lot more ads and spammy offers and now a secondary 3rd party app, but still worked as of last use and worked well. Ads and offers aren't interruptive of app usage. Just makes it seem less professional and gives it a more "sus" feel, as my kid would say. I don't use WIC or cash assistance, but if you need all three in one place, this is probably a good app to try.
2024-10-16 | Deborah Hearn | This app is convenient, because I just have to open it and it tells me the amount I have and the amount I will be receiving which is a lot easier then calling EBT. No more calling and hoping I just get the automative service that asks for the last four digits of my card number instead of the whole number, because there are a lot of numbers. Also there is helpful things on there that benefits people on EBT like credit cards and available jobs in your area.
2024-10-03 | Nikki Durrett | Update: Cleared cache and storage in app settings, signed in & out 5 times, clicked on suspicious links within the app, probably gave all my card info to a hacker but it's currently linked and showing balance. State is TN...... Not sure what has happened besides it stating my state has updated it's system and to click "fix it", but I can't see a balance or even get my info confirmed. I signed out and back in again as it told me to do and nothing.
2024-10-02 | C.A. Ryles | Super helpful, will organize, very easy to use. Anything from job boards, benefit options, reminders & updates, deposit alerts, paid surveys, & more, all in one easy to navigate app. Without confusing clutter and excess Jibber Jabber. Even if you do not have any government benefits, you're likely to find this app helpful. |
