Unlocking the Extras is well worth it, as they offer so much and specific mixes that are most helpful in creating my own mixes. I learned how to add my own music playlist by running my music program with the beats and sounds. |

It is one of the better binaural beats apps that I've come across. However, the app has major glitches. First, the background sounds stop playing on their own randomly. Second, the application often closes on its own during playback. I tried emailing the developers for something else with no response. I'll be canceling my free 7 day trial before my card is charged. |

I can only give 3 stars at the moment bc the problem isn't yet fully resolved, however... the app's support team responded to my email, AND 100% made things right with me, regarding the issue I had. The premium version IS great, so is the non-premium version, and once my is fixed, I'll absolutely give the app 5 stars. Work in progress, but I'm wonderfully pleased by tech support's response!!! |

Later addition: this app keeps starting to run in my notifications, on its own, even after I've closed it from my recent apps menu. This uses my battery and data. Needs attention. |

It's usually on a different screen in the app, and there is nothing playing. I've tried several things to keep them playing, but nothing seems to be working. It's incredibly frustrating for what is otherwise a great app. |

Sadly, in spite of my love for the app, I am leaving this feedback because there has been a lot of instability since the last update. I used to have this app running non-stop in the background for hours. Now, it closes on its own after 30-40 minutes. It actually disrupts my sleep. Please fix the app. It crashes frequently! |

My problem is that as the night progress, the water sounds volume keeps going down to the point where you can barely hear them. 20240413: after the latest update, it activates whenever I play anu Media files with other apps. 20240416: on the verge of uninstalling it. Keep killing it, but it re-activates again. |

The sound quality changed for the worse and now even after dealing with the battery optimization it shuts itself off within a few minutes. This app has been great with helping me with my migraines before hand. Its now no longer usable to me. I understand premium and i didn't mind ads before. This was one of my most used apps before the update. |

Second, there's a buzzing in the right channel as it appears to pick up ambient external sounds from the microphone. Other than that, it is a good improvement with the latest version. I like the UI refresh! |

I've adjusted the power settings and battery saver settings to allow the app to continue. It simply won't. I've messaged support through the app with no response. Time to cut my losses before they happen. |
