| 2024-11-21 |  | | Uninstalled this new version and found an APK of the 3.X release because of how broken the latest release is. The app was ejecting too much label tape each print, which caused the next label to not print on the sticker correctly at all. The correct size was set, I even changed it around a bit to try to fix it. The only fix has been to use the older version of the app. Would not recommend this app/printers that rely on it, and would return mine if I still could. |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | The newest update is nice and all, but all of my saved templates were deleted which I've heard other people had this problem and that's a BIG oopsie! If that was intentional then shame on you honestly. Also, I cannot save any new templates so I can't remake them either. Also it's very laggy when changing font size and spacing. Bring back everyone's templates you deleted and fix the save problem and I'll make it 5 stars. |
| 2024-11-15 |  | | Potential issue with latest update... I am getting label centering issues (didnt happen before), almost printing half-way off the label. This particular label has text, an icon, and an image. Its a Wifi QR code image. I didnt have this issue before, but this seems to create a bug. The first print is okay, then the subsequent prints are completely off center and terrible. |

If they can fix it, I'll happily change my rating. Used to rely on this printer for my business. Can't do that now, unfortunately. |

Now, they decided that it was a great idea to update and "Gussy" up this app with irrelevant nonsense graphics that are absolutely useless. Ridiculous! Now all my saved and created templates are gone, which I spent many days programming. Can you imagine how frustrating that is?! Unbelievably irritating. Thanks so so much! NOT! |

Not recommended without an option to revert to the original "simple" mode. EVERY TIME I just want to print something, I have to tell it no, I DO NOT WANT TO DOWNLOAD GRAPHICS. When I do, you'll be the first to know. |

I couldn't find a search option anywhere, scrolling through all items takes a lot of time. what I will suggest is to add more stickers, search options and more features. you could also use online free resources for vector shapes and stickers. otherwise I would give 5 stars. |
| 2024-10-18 |  | | Everything works as advertised, there could be a few more customizable settings for fonts and individual font sizes ( not just one general font size and type for label ) different line sizes but great ( also in label or label line ). Straightforward and operational app so far. It would also be nice to be able to connect to more than one printer at a time ( I got tired of changing out label stock so just bought an individual printer for each size and type ( just being lazy) Highly recommended |
| 2024-09-26 |  | | I was able to get one label printed normally before it started malfunctioning. No matter what label size I change it to, it will always print like 120mm in length. I can set it to 30, 40 or 20mm but it will continue printing long after the text stops. it's continually wasting my label rolls. I've gone through the entire sample roll just trying to fix it. Also the instructions literally tells you to do something that the apps doesn't let you do, so that's also fun. Can't change the date format. |
| 2024-09-19 |  | | I recieved tge label maker from my husband as a Christmas present. As an organization fanatic, I have been obsessed with it. I love the customizability and easy to use app. There are tons of fonts tp choose from and you can order different colors and patterned labels to print on. I also love that you can save labels to print again. |
