2024-12-14 | Tinnelle info | I had a very positive outlook making this commitment of using prescription dermatologist. Treatment for anti-aging reasons. What I found out is that 2/3 doctors that was prescribed to me. About my questions concerns and for the product that I was using. Turned out to be very rude and do not offer very much help. Also it's difficult to navigate the app as far as asking questions about certain creams. Which all those questions are supposed to be answered by your doctor that you pay for. It'not
2024-12-08 | Deborah Nelson | I absolutely love the anti. Aging cream. It evens out skin tone and reduces wrinkles.
2024-10-22 | Macrea Martelly | After my last review, I was able to take the pictures for my doctor to view. I am using a Galaxy Z Fold. What I found out is that the phone can only take the picture for the Musely App with the phone folded, not open. This information is for anyone using a Z Fold phone. This is why I had to change my review to a five-star.
2024-09-10 | Cindy Ingles | App won't work on android and even when clicking the option for trouble logging in it doesn't go anywhere but they tell you must use the app for refund options. What a scam
2024-09-09 | Sam О. | Terrible laggy app, terrible customer support. Trying to reach the support leads only to automated answers with a huge delay and no actual help.
2024-08-22 | Larisa Brown | Terrible app. Notifications never work, and if you miss a check-in, you can't try the next day; it's simply gone. But if you don't check in, you can't purchase more? Quite the self-defeating business model.
2024-08-17 | Suzanne Gagnon | It doesn't notify me about check-ins. I have notifications for the app enabled on the phone, but the only notifications I get are ads for buying more products. The scheduled check-ins have the notify me boxes checked, but I never get any notifications for check-ins.
2024-05-17 | Johanna | the rating is for the app. the app is hard to navigate. calendar seems to have disappeared from it. no longer have a faceRx tab. product seems good. some dark spots have faded somewhat. i plan on continuing with treatment.
2024-01-12 | Dalene Davis | App is very confusing. The alarms are really annoying. They would go off randomly. This last time I went into the app, the alarm popped up and was going off. There was no option to turn it off. To get it to stop, I had to uninstall the app yo get the alarm to go off.
2023-04-03 | D R | I began using Musely less than two weeks ago. I was prescribed different percentages of the body cream for a whole year as part of my treatment. I was genuinely excited for the products due to the ingredients. That is, until I downloaded the app. I began having login issues immediately. I've missed three check-ins in less than two weeks due to being unable to connect despite having perfect connection. What doctor makes you check-in daily? They know most people can't anyways. Unacceptable. |
