| 2024-11-25 |  | | surveys keep causing me issues. i clicked on one, started answering questions, and it completely turned white out of nowhere. it doesn't show in my recent activity and my "attempt a quiz" task is still there, despite me attempting the quiz. not sure why it did that, but i lost a potential 500 swagbucks because of it. i couldn't figure out the help center because it's so confusing now. |

I don't love going all the way through a survey, then being told that the marketer has closed the survey or that I'm not eligible. I just wasted 40 minutes for 0 points! This is a problem on all the survey sites, tho, and at least Swagbucks offers other ways to earn. |

They claim to have a processing delay, but it always seems to be the 500+SB goals and it's just long enough for the goal to expire, without reflecting that you reached the goal within the time frame. You can find a better app for this type of stuff. |

After trying apps before that claimed they would pay you and most didn't at all or such a low amount that it is not worth it. Not Swagbucks. You won't pay your bills, but you will have extra spending money, and that's always awesome! |

Now I've finished two offers upwards of $150 each and I haven't received credit for completing them in the allotted time. I have screenshots and I've sent a ticket in for one and I'm having to wait for a couple days to send another ticket for the other offer I finished which is worth 23,000 SB. I don't feel like it's a coincidence. |

My family and I have been really struggling financially. We were even homeless a few months ago and this app has literally helped us buy groceries! It's honestly been a life saver. You do have to put some time in if you want to earn. Do the daily goals and try to fill out lots of surveys to rack up points! |

Like it's horrible for them to give 1 sb for a receipt. This is the second time I've been timed out for scanning only 3 receipts. And yes I know how to do it. I have pogo. It's a pain when you get timed out and annoying. I made my 1500 sb, cashed out, and now deleting this app. Pogo is a better app. |

If you start playing a game and complete any of the tasks for that game it takes way to long to get the points credited to your account, it sits their pending for like 10 days or more I can't remember exactly how long for the points to be credited to your account but it takes way to long. And the time limit you have to complete a lot of the different tasks is almost impossible to complete without spending several hours a day |
