For the past three days I've been unable to log in because the error code it gives me is unsupported country? I didn't know that the US, where the company is located, was unsupported. I've been able to log in till recently so o don't know what they've done but it's been good and no it's not my device because it's the same one the app used to work on and I'm not replacing it every time some app stops working. I work on electronics all the time which means I know what I'm doing so it's not me.

Now for the passed year or more haven't been able to upload any receipts without them coming back and stating they were duplicates, when I literally just had just gotten the receipt. I HAVE SUBMITTED NUMEROUS TICKETS, AND HAVE YET TO RECIEVE A RESPONSE OR CORRECTION TO THE ISSUE! I have lost out on a ridiculous amount of points due to this issue! Pls don't comment to drop a ticket and support will get back to me bc they dont

W Turner, 2024-11-30I would love to give this app 5 stars but it keeps giving me error messages and not letting me take surveys. The best thing about this app is the customer service, they are fantastic! Unlike a lot of other apps they always answer and do their best to take care of your issue and that means a lot. I just wish someone could tell me why it gives me these error messages, I have cleared caches, changed browsers etc and still error messages! It's very frustrating!
